The 2025 Students for Healthcare Equity Scholarship
Fostering diversity among healthcare students is critical to creating a more equitable healthcare workforce that meets the needs of diverse patients.
We are inviting healthcare students from underrepresented groups to apply for a $5,000 scholarship toward their degree or certification, renewable for up to three years for a potential total award amount of $20,000.
Eligibility:
Be a current, enrolled student pursuing a healthcare or allied healthcare career at an accredited program recognized by the student’s state.
Have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent).
Self-identify as a person from an underrepresented population in the healthcare field.
Introducing the 2024 scholarship recipients
We received over 745 applications from a diverse range of healthcare students. We are thrilled to announce the five recipients of $5,000 scholarships towards tuition and education expenses.
